I'm pretty sure the only requirement Mason has to get accepted is to be able to read between a 6th and 8th grade level. The majority of the student body shouldn't have even graduated high school.

Got rather stellar grades in hs. Mainly A's and some B's. And a good SAT score will help. It's becoming really competitive with GMU's increased reputation, and kids from hs that would normally attend UVA or VTech are applying here more.

Just apply. They'll accept you if you have anything average. Don't listen to all the bull crap magazines and papers put out about average GPA. Mason is a fall back school for most students so the people average GPA is higher than what you really need because none of the students actually end up attending Mason. I got in with a 3.1 and 1160 SAT. I did have 6 seasons of varsity sports and some good recomendations but I'm smarter than most students there. I'm also very lazy too.
